Stand-Alone German Locomotive, Boxcar, Tankcar XDP Files

Modified XDP files which allow more explosion graphics.
Locomotives spew Steam & Smoke, but do not explode
Boxcars now have spectacular explosions (as in actual WW2 guncam footage)
Tankcars now have a low level explosion and long lasting fires.
